Altitude Sickness Symptoms
But don't be fooled, for some, the perks of being on top of a mountain come with nasty side effects. Headaches, nausea, insomnia or trouble sleeping, fatigue are fairly common side effects of altitude sickness, and can really put a damper on your vacation. Generally, those who suffer from altitude sickness feel like they're experiencing a terrible hangover or flu-like symptoms.
Don't let altitude sickness bring you down.
Oxygen can help alleviate many of the symptoms of altitude sickness and help you make the most of your vacation. We recommend a combination of oxygen, plenty of rest, avoid or limit alcohol (especially for the first few days!) and drink plenty of water.
